About Reggie:
Reginald Watterson was raised in
Jacksonville Beach, Florida and attended Fletcher High School. He
graduated from Florida State University with a BA degree in Art and
minor in Art History. Reggie studied sculpture in New York and
graduated from Pratt Institute with a Masters of Fine Art in
sculpture and minor in Art History.
Reggie’s figurative bronze
sculptures were compared to the late 19th century French
sculptor – August Rodin in a newspaper monograph following a show in
Jacksonville, Florida. He has shown his sculpture and paintings all
along the East coast from Maine to Florida.
Presently Reggie is living in El
Paso, Texas and is a member of the El Paso Art Association. He
has a studio at the Art Junction in downtown El Paso which is at 500
W Paisano Street and his work is available by
appointment.
His sculpture models are
copy-protected and limited in number. These models are also
capable of being enlarged to fit the needs of his clients.
